How to use this template
- Replace the sample prizes with yours — one per line, written the way you want them read out.
- Open “Weights, colours and on/off” and drop the weight on the expensive prize. A weight of 0.2 against 1 makes it five times rarer, and the slice shrinks to match so nobody can claim it was hidden.
- Keep a “Spin again” or a consolation slice on the wheel. A wheel where most spins visibly lose is a wheel people stop queueing for.
- Switch a prize off rather than deleting it once you run out — it comes back for the next event.
- Press F for full screen on the stand’s screen or tablet, then Space to spin.

Frequently asked questions
How do I make the top prize rare without hiding it?
Use weights. Set the grand prize to 0.1 and everything else to 1, and it becomes a tenth as likely as any other slice — with a slice a tenth of the size, drawn on the wheel in front of the person spinning. The odds are visible rather than buried in a rule.
Can I stop the same prize being won twice?
Turn on “Remove the winner after each spin” and each prize leaves the wheel once it is claimed. That is the right setting when you have one of each thing; leave it off when prizes are unlimited.
Is this legal to use for a promotion?
WheelToss is a free tool, not a gambling service, and nothing here takes payment or pays out. Whether your promotion needs terms, a permit or an entry route that costs nothing depends on where you are running it — that part is yours to check.
Can I run it without an internet connection?
Once the page has loaded, yes. The draw happens in your browser, so a stand with unreliable wifi keeps working. Load the page before the doors open.
Can I put my logo in the middle?
Yes — the wheel takes a centre image, resized in your browser and never uploaded. It is the quickest way to make the wheel look like it belongs to your stand.
